Typically our homes range from $250,000 to $750,000+ including the lot. Price can not be determined until a design and your building specifications have been chosen.
How long will it take to build my home?
Physical construction takes 5 to 7 months. However, many things, such as time of year, weather, size of your home and custom details, have an impact on the length of the building process.
Do you have floor plans?
Yes. We have a variety of floor plans which can be modified to suit your needs; however, you are not constrained to using these plans. Make an appointment to share your ideas and price range and we’ll work with you to design the home of your dreams.
